Homosexuality is not a sickness. It is a natural variation of human sexuality and is not considered a mental or physical illness by any major medical or psychological organization. The American Psychiatric Association removed homosexuality from its list of mental disorders in 1973, and the World Health Organization removed it from its list of mental illnesses in 1992. It is important to recognize and respect the diversity of human sexuality and to support the rights and well-being of all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation. **

Motion sickness is a condition characterized by nausea, dizziness, and vomiting that occurs when there is a disconnect between what the eyes see and what the inner ear senses in terms of motion. This disconnect can happen when traveling in a car, plane, boat, or amusement park ride. Motion sickness is believed to be caused by conflicting signals sent to the brain from the inner ear, eyes, and sensory nerves. It can be a temporary and uncomfortable sensation that typically resolves once the motion stops. **

This can happen when a person ascends too quickly from deep water, such as in scuba diving. Symptoms can include joint pain, fatigue, dizziness, and in severe cases, paralysis or death. Treatment typically involves re-compressing the diver in a hyperbaric chamber to reduce the nitrogen bubbles in the body. **
